Columns in the monthly spreadsheets
| round | Collection month (R1 = August 2026). |
| item_id | The trip: program code, route or city, cabin or hotel type. |
| window_days | Target booking distance: 60 or 180 days. |
| days_ahead | Actual days between the search and travel. |
| award_price | Lowest price shown in points. |
| award_cash_addon | Cash still owed on the award, in local currency. Blank means not shown, never zero. |
| cash_price | Cash price from the same search, in local currency. |
| fx_rate | Local currency to US dollars, fixed on the day. |
| cash_price_usd | cash_price × fx_rate. |
| cpp | Value of one point in US cents: (cash − add-on) × fx ÷ points × 100. |
| notes | What the collector saw: substitutions, promotions, sell-outs. |
Screenshots
Every search has a screenshot, shown on its program page. Originals are archived by month and named after the item, travel date, and “a” for the points search or “c” for the cash search.

The data and the text on this site are free to use, share and build on, for any purpose, under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). The one condition is credit: cite the index as shown below.
The screenshots are not covered. They show airline and hotel websites, which belong to those companies; they are published only as evidence for each price.
How to cite the index
Cite the monthly release you used. Releases are dated and never edited silently; corrections are listed on the About page.
